What is a Swiss QR-bill and why do I need it?
QR-bills have been mandatory in Switzerland since September 2022. They replace the previous payment slips and contain a QR code that customers can scan to pay invoices directly via their banking app. PayMatch automatically creates compliant QR-bills with all required information.

Upload your CAMT.053 or CAMT.054 bank statement file. PayMatch automatically matches payments to the corresponding invoices – by amount, customer name, reference numbers, and QR codes – with over 95% accuracy. What used to take hours of manual work is done by the system in seconds.

How many team members can I add?
The Pro plan includes up to 3 team members at no extra cost. Role-based permissions: • Owner – full control • Administrator – full access except billing and ownership transfer • Accountant – read-only access to financial data Ideal for SMEs and fiduciary offices. What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
On the Free plan, you will be prompted to upgrade when you reach the limits. The Pro plan offers unlimited invoices and clients, so no limits will be reached. You can upgrade anytime from your dashboard; it takes effect immediately.
